Jonathan C. Hoistad, Ph.D.
Dr. Hoistad is the Chief Executive Officer at Natalis Outcomes. He founded Natalis Counseling & Psychology Solutions, a successful behavioral health care facility located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. His clinical practice includes consultation in behavioral health, family practice medicine, pre-surgery psychological evaluations, court consultation, school consultation, social service consultation, as well as teaching and supervision of psychology interns. He believes that working in partnership with his patients to provide care, compassion, and understanding, creates the best outcomes in the services he provides.
Dr. Hoistad received a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Minnesota, before receiving an M.A. in Developmental Psychology degree in 1974, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology degree in 1975 from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He completed his doctoral research on dialysis and kidney transplantation.
Dr. Hoistad is an active staff member at Allina Health System, HealthEast Care System, Mayo Health System, and the University of Minnesota Hospital System.
Sanjay Kohli, BS EE
Sanjay Kohli is the Chief Technology Officer at Natalis Outcomes. He has an extensive background in information systems planning, enterprise architecture, systems integration, software development, electronic health records, patient portals, and enterprise level information system implementations. With over 23 years of experience in healthcare IT, Sanjay has provided leadership to a varied mix of IT organizations that include data center operations, information security, web and collaborations services, database management, data warehouse, clinical applications, tele-health, and data integration.
Sanjay’s contributions to initiatives in Healthcare IT include strategy development for patient and pre-patient web portals, meaningful use of EHR, high availability architecture, thin client computing, EDI, business intelligence, mobile devices in the enterprise, server virtualization, and business continuity.
Sanjay has earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Bangalore University in India. He is currently deep-rooted in behavioral healthcare organizations and is serving them in meeting their IT needs most effectively and efficiently.
Jeffrey Wigren, MPH, MHA
Jeffrey Wigren is a behavioral health prevention specialist and the Director of Operations at Natalis Outcomes. He earned his Master’s in Health Administration at the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health.
His research and public health practice for more than fifteen years has focused on improving the health and well-being of at-risk groups, including women of child bearing age without adequate primary care, children from disadvantaged backgrounds, the Medicare and Medicaid populations and rural communities in India, Ethiopia and Latin America.
Mr. Wigren is a returned Peace Corps volunteer from Bolivia, founding Chair of (1) the Ethiopia Caucus for the Joint Council of International Children’s Services and the (2) Minnesota Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council. He has served as the Vice President of the Saint Paul Senior Workers’ Association and is an active member of the American Public Health Association.
Timothy P. Gibbs, MD, FAPA, DFAACAP
Dr. Gibbs is the Chief Medical Officer at Natalis Outcomes. He is responsible for quality improvement and supervises the care management team. His interests are in improving integration of care across multiple disciplines, and improving outcomes for mental health patients.
Dr. Gibbs trained at the University of Minnesota and at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He is a fellow in the American Psychiatric Association, and a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Child and adolescent psychiatry.
He is past president of the Minnesota society for child adolescent psychiatry, and past chair of the department of psychiatry at have a Northwestern Hospital, where he practiced inpatient psychiatry for 20 years. He is currently seeing patients at Natalis Psychology.
Richard Sethre, Psy.D.
Dr. Sethre is a Clinical Support Specialist at Natalis Outcomes. He is a doctoral psychologist who has worked in varied mental health settings for about 30 years. He has a general practice in psychology and also provides consultations on inpatient medical units. He has worked as a consultant in the medical insurance field.
Dr. Sethre has special interests in treatment of patients with severe and persistent mental illness and patients who are coping with severe or complex medical problems, including obesity and sleep disorders. His treatment approach focuses on integrating traditional psychological and psychiatric treatments with mediation and exercise, with an individualized treatment plan that is coordinated with the patient’s medical providers.
Dr. Sethre has extensive experience working for a mental health managed care organization providing clinical reviews, assisting with program development, researching regulatory and coding issues and working with providers. He is a frequent presenter for Minnesota Psychological Association workshops on billing, coding and other practice challenges.
